Alinea’s mission is to redefine wealth management for the next generation with AI-powered personalization tailored to every stage of your journey. Today, 1M+ investors use Alinea: 92% are female and 70% are GenZ's (avg age: 22). The company grew 6x YoY in 2024 to $6M in net revenue run-rate with a team of 10. The startup was founded in 2021 by Anam Lakhani & Eve Halimi (Forbes Under 30) (ex Goldman, Citi), who met at Barnard College/Columbia University and have been working on the problem for 4+ years. What You’ll Do

Own & Ship: Architect, build, and launch core features — from onboarding and personalized investing plans to auto-invest and beyond.

Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the founders, designers, and growth team to shape product decisions and move fast.

Set Culture & Standards: Help define what great engineering looks like at Alinea. Create a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and high execution.

Move Like a Founder: Make high-impact decisions, move quickly with conviction, and care deeply about the details — because this is your company too.
