ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring a Product Engineer to build the AI platform powering insurance claims – helping people get support during life’s most critical moments
About us
ClaimSorted helps insurance companies remove the hassle of managing claims by enabling them to outsource their claim operations to us. Unlike traditional claim management companies, we blend AI and best-in-class experts to deliver a 5-star customer experience, minimise mistakes and speed up claim assessment
Responsibilities
- Build and improve claims automation so most claims can be handled without manual work
- Work closely with the Claims team to understand how they use the system, spot issues, and make their jobs easier
- Create the tools and integrations needed to help new insurers get set up quickly and deliver a great experience
Stack: NextJS, Express, GCP, Postgres, LangChain, Terraform
Requirements
- Passion for shipping quickly, above all else
- Experience building both frontend and backend
- Experience building with LLMs
- Strong product sense
- Quick to learn new tools
- Great at working with non-technical users
- Comfortable with chaos
